Order Preparation, Shipping, and Delivery

Prior to confirming your order, you'll find information on preparation and delivery rates. These rates are subject to change, and the prices applicable at the time of order confirmation will be honored.

Orders exceeding 60 DT qualify for free delivery.

Free delivery is also applicable for the Gabes city region.

Dei Bardi Online Store provides nationwide delivery within 10 working days from order validation. Products will be delivered to the address specified during the order process.

Deliveries are handled either by Aramex or by us .

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the buyer during the order process, within the time indicated on the order validation page.

Conditions for returns:

To initiate a return, ensure that:

• The purchase was made within the last 30 days.

• The goods are in their original packaging. ( Some items, such as custom or personalized goods, perishables, and items unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (e.g., makeup and skincare products), cannot be returned. The store retains the right to reject returns not meeting these conditions.)

The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

You bear the responsibility and risk associated with returning the goods to us. Ship to: YOUR ADDRESS

For a secure and traceable return, we recommend using an insured mail service. Refunds will be processed upon receiving the goods.

Product conformity and complaints

The ordered items are sent to the delivery address indicated on the order form. The information indicated by the Customer when placing the order binds the latter: in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, Dei Bardi Online Store cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering.

If delivered products do not correspond to the order or have defects, make a complaint within a maximum of 5 days following delivery. Complaints made beyond this deadline will not be processed.

Prices and payment terms

Sales prices in TND are confirmed during order placement. Prices exclude order processing costs (shipping, packaging and handling charged in addition to the price of the products purchased)
Promotional products: promotional products are while stocks last and may be discontinued at any time .

Dei Bardi Online Store reserves the right to adjust prices as needed.

Cash on delivery is the sole payment method available.
